How long do silver-based photographs last?
Silver chemistry photographic prints can be expected to last for over 75 years – many have already lasted for 150! These photographs are made using highest quality materials from British and European manufacturers. Processing best practice creates archival prints that will last lifetimes.
The prints are signed and labelled back and front. They are mounted between acid free conservation boards and are available with or without frames. Wendy is happy to advise on framing and glazing.
Photographs, like all art on paper, can fade or change colour if hung in bright sunlight. If this is unavoidable, we suggest ‘museum glass’ to reduce the amount of UV light reaching the print.
Delivery, postage and shipping
Photographs will be available for collection or delivery after November 11 when the exhibition closes.
Photographs can also be purchased online and posted to UK addresses. Onced again they will be posted after November 11.

Postage costs are shown on the website. Prints will be securely wrapped and packaged for shipping.
Returns and exchanges
If you change your mind prints may be returned or exchanged provided they are in the same condition as when they arrived. Postage will be charged for exchanged prints.
Editions and further copies
Each print is unique because it is handmade in the darkroom. However, there are extra copies available for some images. If a photograph you would like to have is shown as sold, with a red dot, please get in touch; another print from the same negative may be available.
Copyright and reproduction
Wendy Stone retains the copyright of all her images. If you wish to reproduce, copy or publish one of these images please get in touch. Wendy may be able to supply extra copies or, for larger quantities, licensing may be available.
